Glowlink Announces Roll-out of Integrated Geolocation Product

January 25, 2006, Los Altos, California - Glowlink announces today the roll-out of a geolocation product with integrated interference detection and monitoring capability. 

Targeted for the satellite communications market, the new product can rapidly detect an interferer or unauthorized satellite access, and geolocate the offending emitter’s position on earth, along with available information such as the name, address and telephone number of the suspected offender.

The new product integrates the company’s award-winning Model 1000 interference detection technology with state-of-the-art geolocation on a common signal acquisition and processing platform.  The result is a seamless, all-in-one geolocation solution with dramatic improvement in system affordability and capability.

Because the geolocation system is based on the Model 1000 platform, it can also be used  as a spectrum monitoring and interference detection system.  The precision acquisition capability of the Model 1000 fully supports spectrum monitoring, interference detection and geolocation functions in a single chassis.
