Earth Terminal Local Equipment
Controller
The LC100 is an Earth Terminal Local Equipment Controller,
designed to be operational either on a stand-alone basis
or as part of a monitoring network. The LC100 provides
streamlined control of common earth terminal equipment
such as RF spectrum analyzers, programmable switches,
signal generators, and power meters; as well as other
specialized earth terminal equipment. The LC100 simplifies
the tasks of status monitoring and control (M&C)
functions at earth terminals. In addition, it performs
a set of powerful spectral measurement functions, as
well as automating labor-intensive tasks such as earth
terminal signal path calibration. All functions provided
by the LC100 are exercised by the operator via a simple
to use graphical user interface.
