Today’s communications satellites are increasingly subjected to interferences from a variety of ground-based sources. Glowlink offers a range of Geolocation Support to assist our customers in mitigating their satellite interferences by helping determine the emitter’s location.  Our in-house geolocation experts can assist with services ranging from conducting bandwidth analyses to determine available geolocation solutions to making signal measurements of the interference including identifying parameters such as its modulation, symbol rate, to running geolocation as a complete service.

Glowlink products are supported by experienced product and service engineers.  Our highly trained professionals work to ensure that your operation and maintenance questions are resolved quickly and efficiently.  Based on your network management needs, our engineers formulate recommendations to ensure maximum uptime and efficiency from our products and services.

Glowlink also offers on-site operations and maintenance support with our field engineers often working hand-in-hand with our customers. Throughout, these engineers provide continuous refreshment training to ensure the system is utilized to its full extent throughout the system’s life cycle.

Maintenance Plans

Glowlink's software maintenance plans entitle you to the latest versions of your licensed Glowlink products.  The Software Maintenance Plan (SMP) protects your investment by providing continual product upgrades with new features, enhancements, and maintenance releases, and the Total System Enhanced Maintenance Plan (TSEM) adds maintenance support from our engineers and support staff.

Glowlink's maintenance plans have a term of 12 months, renewable annually.  It is available for our current product release versions; users of older versions will need to upgrade to the most recent release when subscribing to our maintenance plan.
